Born and raised in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh and hails from a renowned family, Ritesh Srivastava came to Mumbai with big dreams in his eyes to shine bright like a diamond. Slept on Belapur station for many nights, starving and with limited money, he never thought to create an empire ever like today.
He completed his higher studies in Mass Communication from the reputed K.C College post which joined as journalist in a news agency. As we say hard work pays off, he got an opportunity to join the esteem team of entertainment journalists at Network 18 group.
One fine day, he decided to leave his job and become an entrepreneur. And then started his journey of helping and in telling the stories of the artists to the world through his immensely popular network in the Indian press. He formed his private limited company on November 16th, 2017 and started work with freelancers.
Currently, Expansion (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. deals in public relations, digital marketing, social media strategies for films and celebrities. The clientele includes Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Amrita Rao, Elena Fernandes, Vipin Sharma, Anil Charanjeett, Shamas Siddiqui, director Akash Goila, Prashantt Guptha, Pratibha Baghel, Dipna Patel, Gungun Upari, Kalyan Baruah, Anurag Saikia, Sahil Vaid, Sarodee Borah among others many actors, directors and singers.
The company also handle public relations for renowned production houses such as Resonance Digital LLP, Magic If Films, Akash Goila Motion Pictures, Idea Rack Pvt. Ltd. and several others. Expansion PR/Digital also has several film accounts in its kitty such as Motichoor Chaknachoor, Dum Dum Dumroo, Marne Bhi Do Yaaron etc to name a few.
Founder Ritesh Srivastava says, “I never thought to come this long way but my hard work and sheer dedication paid me off. Expansion PR/Digital has a very enthusiastic team which comprises of Rohit Bhatnagar, who has over 10 years of experience in broadcast, print, digital media and corporate communications for GEC and currently heading the content team in the company. He is responsible to ideate and design the promotional content for films and celebs. A young and dynamic Mamta Jyoti Srivastava leads the social media team where she is responsible for daily promotions of the clientele with creative inputs.
Former journalist with the leading publications, Jutika Mahanta moved to the world of marketing and currently she heads the marketing team at Expansion. This powerhouse of talent strikes a right balance in shaping up leads to the company.
