The Fully Decentralized And Secure Platform Floyx Emerges As The Next-Gen Social Media
Q: Good day, Daniel. First and foremost, congratulations on your new business initiative. Floyx is gaining a lot of traction right now. So, how would you describe your most recent endeavor?
D: Well, we intended to design a location and specialized application that doesn’t require any data storage on our end.
Floyx is the result of years of hard work.
It harnesses the power of blockchain and web3 technology to allow users to log in to Floyx in a completely secure manner, with identity verification based on a floating public key.
Q: Wow, that sounds amazing. Is it truly as safe as you make it out to be?
D: Without a doubt.
Look, the user is the exclusive owner of their data with Floyx.
There is no method to restrict or censor any user because we are using web3 and blockchain technologies.
Unlike web2 products such as Facebook or Twitter, the user determines if and to what degree he wants his data to be exposed to advertisers.
Advertisers can certainly present a user with targeted offers, but at the end of the day, the user is the one who is compensated for the data they share.
We believe this is a fair innovation for all users.
Q: What happens if people create fake profiles or use them for criminal purposes? Isn’t this a problem that most social media networks have?
D: With Floyx, I don’t think that’s conceivable.
We’ve created a reputation system in which any user profile with valuable content that earns a good reputation has more alternatives and possibilities to monetize their activities. Trolls (negative accounts) will be gradually phased out of public life.
On Floyx, it will be impossible to identify (discover) accounts with the lowest reputation.
As a result, we are able to combat those who wish to abuse the site (drugs, adult or inappropriate content, hate speech etc).
In addition, DAO is in charge of the entire product.
Ours is a community that has a significant impact on the platform’s and token’s development, which, incidentally, also supports the entire Floyx ecosystem.
Q: So, what are your plans for the future? With Floyx, how may our future be different?
D: Floyx is now working on web2 and web3 projects.
The web2 solutions from Floyx are the first of their kind in the world, allowing customers to operate all external products from a single location.
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Spotify (along with all other web2 products) will eventually be supported by users directly through Floyx.
We also intend to offer a monetization option for external products.
We’re currently working on the first YouTube widget that allows users to profit from their views.
Then we’ll add a podcast option, followed by the widgets stated previously.
Users can monetize Floyx today by writing articles or performing various daily tasks, but additional monetization options will be coming soon.
